Return & Exchange Policy

At Medical Store, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and exchanges, in accordance with Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its Executive Regulations.

  1. Your Rights Under Egyptian Law
    Egyptian law grants you, the consumer, the following key protections:
  • 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to return or exchange most products within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange. You do not need to provide a reason for the return under this right.
  • 30-Day Warranty for Defects: If a product is defective or does not conform to its specifications, you have the right to a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
  1. General Eligibility
    To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
  • Unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
    Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are considered final saleand cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective upon receipt:
  • Opened packages of Undershirt
  • Any embroidered or customized items.
  1. How to Return or Exchange an Item
    (Choose the options that best fit your business model)

Option A: Return to One of Our Branches (Recommended & Free)

  • Bring the eligible item(s) and your proof of purchase to any of our 10 branches across Egypt.
  • Our staff will process your refund or exchange immediately.

Option B: Schedule a Return Pickup

  • Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
  • We will arrange for a pickup from your address through our shipping partner.
  • Note: For returns under the 14-day “change of mind” policy, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. For defective items, returns are free of charge.
  1. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • The cost of return shipping (for non-defective items) and any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  1. Exchanges
  • To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above.
  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of your desired item.

If you are exchanging a defective item, we will cover all associated shipping costs.
