1. General Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the medical store website www.medicalstoreeg.com  purchases from our social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), and transactions in our physical branches. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Ordering & Payment

2.1. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or concerns of fraud.

2.2. Pricing: All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

2.3. Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most locations in Egypt.
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard): Processed securely through our payment gateways.
• InstaPay: As displayed at checkout.
• Bank Transfers: For institutional orders.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1. Delivery Areas: We deliver nationwide within Egypt through our trusted shipping partners  Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3.2. Delivery Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and order size and will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered as part of promotional campaigns, with conditions clearly stated.

3.3. Failed Deliveries (COD Specific): For Cash on Delivery orders, if the customer is unavailable or refuses the package after two delivery attempts, the order will be canceled, and the customer’s information may be subject to a temporary suspension from future COD services.

3.4. Title and Risk: The risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

4. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Please review the return and exchange policy published in our website.

4.1. Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to return or exchange most unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

4.2. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

• Undershirt
• White coats

4.3. Conditions for Return/Exchange:

• Item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Original tags must be attached.
• Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
• The item must not be a final sale item.

4.4. Process:

1. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp/email to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
2. We will arrange for a pickup from your address (free of charge for defective/wrong items) or provide instructions for a warehouse return.
3. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7-14 business days to process.

4.5. Defective or Incorrect Items: In the case of a manufacturing defect or if you receive an incorrect item, we will cover all costs for a full return and replacement/refund. Please report this within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Product Information & Colors

We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, due to screen calibrations, actual colors may vary slightly. Product measurements are approximate.
